The All Africa Businesswomen Association (AABA Kenya) is an African wide not-for-profit organisation that provides trade and market information, business network forums, training and business services to African businesswomen throughout Africa. AABA (Kenya) was created as a network designed to service the needs of businesswomen operating medium to large scale enterprises so as to afford them enhanced opportunities for greater success. Presently, AABA (Kenya) membership is drawn from women who are leaders in their own economies. Many businesswomen in Africa have never realised their potential and lack sufficient information and other trade resources to meet their needs. Most are under-funded while a major proportion is forced to depend on micro-enterprise programs to meet the needs. The Association was formerly established in June 19, 1996.

In January 2003 it was decided to incorporate women in the private sector, who are leaders in their respective organisation. Additionally a Kenya chapter was born and the name changed to read with effect from 1st April 2004, Kenya Business Women's Forum. This will enable the KBWF address issues that largely effect the above category of women in Kenya.

AABA (Kenya) believes that African women in business can best help themselves by uniting and working co-operatively to change the environment in which the operate AABA (Kenya) believes that an acceleration of development of women owned business must occur, which, in turn will expand the economics of many African nations.
